In October 2025, two rising stars of modern jazz—pianist Joel Lyssarides and vibraphonist Sasha Berliner—join forces for an exclusive European collaboration, available as both a quartet and a duo. The full lineup features Lyssarides on piano, Berliner on vibraphone, Niklas Fernqvist on bass, and Rasmus Blixt on drums.
Stockholm-born Joel Lyssarides is celebrated for his expressive virtuosity and refined sense of mood, with collaborations ranging from Anne Sofie von Otter to Nils Landgren. His ACT debut Stay Now has garnered over 25 million Spotify streams, and his recent role in the e.s.t. 30 tribute underscores his connection to Scandinavian jazz excellence.
Joining him is Los Angeles-based Sasha Berliner, described by JazzTimes as a “young mallet master.” An award-winning composer and performer, Berliner is known for her genre-blending approach and sharp compositional voice, earning acclaim as DownBeat’s #1 Rising Star Vibraphonist and an NPR Jazz Night in America Youngblood.
